Emilio Primus

Emilio has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry including mutual fund transfer agencies, brokerage operations, and Agile transformation. Prior to joining CoastalOne, Emilio spent the past 13 years at First Command Financial Services in Fort Worth, TX where he was VP of Brokerage Operations and, most recently, VP of Technology Operations. Prior to First Command, Emilio was VP of Subaccounting with PNC Global Investment Servicing and spent 22 years as VP of Operations with Lincoln Investment in Fort Washington, PA. He has also been active in the industry with the Financial Services Institute for many years and presently serves on its Ops/Tech Council.

Emilio graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and holds several FINRA licenses as well as SAFe Agile certifications. His passion is to help those entering the financial services industry by breaking down complex processes and regulations in terms that are easy to understand and relatable to help build their careers and grow their interest in the industry.

Emilio is moving from Fort Worth to Mickleton, NJ with his wife Caroline and two collies, Christopher and Cayden. He is very excited to return to his roots, family, and friends after 13 years in Texas.
