Louis has over 25 years of diverse financial services industry experience consisting of executive level positions within the wealth management, asset management/hedge fund, real estate and family office sectors. Through his previous roles, Louis has acquired expertise, knowledge, and relationships throughout the wealth management ecosystem. At CoastalOne, he leads the recruiting, transition, retention, and optimization of financial professional’s practices. In this role, he ensures incoming financial professionals receive concierge level service while also navigating CoastalOne’s capabilities, offerings, and solutions. Additionally, Louis consults with advisors, planners, registered representatives, and investment advisor representatives concerning succession planning, practice acquisition/disposition as well as monetizing their life’s work. Louis’ previous positions as financial advisor, wholesaler, hedge fund/real estate fund marketer, succession planning consultant, hedge fund of funds CEO, entrepreneur, and head of BD/RIA recruiting provide the foundation to serve as an in-house business strategist for all of Coastal’s financial professionals.
Outside of Coastal, Louis serves as Secretary of St. Joseph’s Carpenters Society, a Camden NJ-based economic development, community enhancement, and affordable housing non-profit. His personal mission is to align and utilize his financial services/urban economic development expertise as a force for good. Louis enjoys spending time with his son Cole on road trips, at the beach, and planning Cole’s future.
Louis earned a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University-Camden and has completed coursework toward his MBA at Drexel University.
