Charlie is the coordinator for a wide variety of operational and administrative activities for Coastal. He understands how to make the pieces fit together and helps resolve issues and take care of questions on procedures, services, take orders, and more. Charlie understands the structure of our firm intimately and knows how to get things done in a timely manner for the benefit of our representatives and their clients, always striving to improve our service and increase their satisfaction.
Charlie has twenty years of experience in sales and account management, and his prior work gave him experience with troubleshooting customer issues, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction. Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rutgers University in 1986 and holds Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.
Outside of the office, Charlie enjoys fishing and playing the guitar. He has a wonderful wife and two beautiful kids.
